Lies About Specific Cases

Advocates of juvenile murderers often lie about the facts regarding specific offenders to promote their agenda. Despite physical evidence, credible witness testimony, and reliable confessions, advocates lie and claim that the offenders are completely innocent or they minimize their role in the crime. This is very hurtful and inconsiderate. If their arguments against JLWOP were convincing they wouldn’t need to lie to free these offenders. They would be able to acknowledge what they did but explain why their freedom is warranted. But because releasing these criminals is not warranted when considering what they did, advocates have to lie.
